  • We accept the following Payment Forms: All Major Credit Cards, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Debit Cards. We do not offer or accept gift cards at the moment. 

  • We Ship all over the USA, all 50 states!

  • Once an ordered is confirmed and processed it takes 3-5 business days to receive your scents that make sense.

    If you order on an Holiday please allow 2 additional business days for your order to be processed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  • TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, please email info@thewicktionary.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 30 days of receiving your RA#.

    If you decide to return an item(s) to The Wicktionary, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to The Wicktionary. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

    Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

    We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

    Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
